Please join us Sunday, October 2nd at 4pm for an afternoon celebration of 30 years of NISGUA!

All across the U.S., the Network in Solidarity with the People of Guatemala (NISGUA) is celebrating 30 years of cross border solidarity in the struggle for justice in Guatemala. Founded in 1981, during the height of the U.S. funded counter-insurgency that resulted in genocide in Guatemala, NISGUA has changed and adapted over the years to be a long standing ally for human rights, economic justice, and dignity in a country still scarred from and rife with foreign economic and military intervention.
