We have prepared a letter for newly elected president Otto Perez Molina to highlight our concerns and make recommendations. See attached. Please respond with your name, title and organization by Tuesday, January 31. Please also forward this message to other organizations who are not in our subgroup, but who could add their support to our letter. 

We hope to have a large number of signers to show the strong involvement of the international community on issues of justice and human rights in Guatemala.
