The following message provides information for U.S. Citizens regarding the First Presidential Debate Event. Please share the following information with any other U.S. citizens you know, as soon as possible.  We hope to have this message disseminated as widely as possible within the U.S. citizen community.  Please contact the American Citizen Services Unit via e-mail (, fax (2331-3804), or telephone (2326-4000) if you have any questions.  Please RSVP as soon as possible.  We have limited spaces, and will accept RSVPs on a “first come, first served” basis.

Note:  Doors open at 5:30, festivities begin at 6:30, and the televised debate starts at 7:00 p.m.
