Guatemala Finca el Injerto

From the misty highlands of Guatemala we are thrilled to bring you this outstanding crop from Finca el Injerto. There the Auierre family works hard to ensure social and economic sustainability on their farm in Huehuetenango.


Pickers are paid 50% higher wages for the required attention to detail. The land is well-preserved by intercropping native plants that better allows for reforestation.

Now onto the cup.

An exemplary bourbon varietal will offer a syrupy sweet cup. This coffee is no exception. Sweet orange aromas and flavors give way to a deep, dark cocoa body. Unfortunately, this coffee will not be with us for much longer this year, so enjoy it while it remains.
