Today we worked with the 6th grade at El Hato, where the teacher there was very inspirational. He was very energetic and was always ready to help his students, and his teaching skills were quite evident because all of his students really understood the math problems that we were helping them with.

He was also the only teacher at El Hato to teach high school in the afternoons. In the evening we went to a New Orleans restaurant called Rum Bar. It had a great atmosphere and the food was delicious. I got shrimp Creole which was one of the best things I've ever eaten.
