Today we left Antigua for Chichicastenango . It was a two and a half hour bus ride. We took a boat across a lake from Panajachel to Santiago Atitlan or something like that. It was a cool trip and we stayed in a nice hotel. This was on Saturday. On Sunday, after rooming with Nathan and Woo, we had a full day of bargaining. It was mad intense and I got some good stuff for my 'rents and sib's. Bargaining was pretty crazy though with other vendors trying to sell us stuff at the same times others were, going back and forth between them all.

 

Tonight we ate at a place called Las Palmas, and I did not really like it at all. No one did I think. Although it was a rough weekend of traveling through Guatemala, seeing these places and bargaining, it was a better part of the trip to experience it all just as we are experiencing everything else going on. It's great here and a ton of fun.
