Obama’s first trip to Latin America ended Wednesday, having been largely overshadowed by events in Libya andJapan. We are writing today to give you an update on the October 19, 2012 ruling by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (the Court) on the Case of the Rio Negro massacres versus the State of Guatemala (enclosed).
